David Rush Partners provides executive advisory, coaching, and training services to senior professionals, founders, and organizations. Current service areas include:
Talent & Leadership Training - Team-based programs focused on communication, presence, and high-performance leadership
Executive Coaching - One-on-one coaching for leaders navigating transitions, performance challenges, or long-term development goals.
Investor Presentation Coaching - Preparation for investor pitches, board presentations, and high-stakes client meetings.
Optimization & Scaling - Operational, strategic, and organizational guidance for founders and growing businesses
All services are subject to availability and mutual agreement. David Rush Partners reserves the right to decline any engagement at its discretion.

Engagements & Fees

The scope, duration, and fees for any engagement are agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of services. Fees are due as specified in the individual engagement agreement. Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated therein.
Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services. All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in the applicable engagement agreement or cancellation policy below.

Clients are similarly expected to keep the proprietary content, frameworks, and methodologies shared during engagements confidential and not to reproduce or distribute them without prior written permission.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials provided during their engagement for personal or internal business purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or resale of any materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

David Rush Partners provides advisory and coaching services based on experience and professional judgment. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, David Rush Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on any advice or recommendations provided.
Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

David Rush Partners makes no guarantee of specific outcomes, results, or performance improvements. While we bring extensive experience and a high standard of work to every engagement, we cannot promise particular results, promotions, revenue growth, or any other specific outcome.

Individual sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full. Cancellations of ongoing engagements or programs are subject to the terms set out in the individual engagement agreement.
David Rush Partners reserves the right to reschedule sessions in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Reasonable notice will be provided in all such cases.
